The Sprint Mobile Broadband service is very comparable to cable and dsl.  Sprint Mobile Broadband Rev A downloads have a maximum speed of 3.1 kbps and uploads have a maximum speed of 1.8 kbps.  Average speeds are 600 kbps - 1.4 mbps download, 350 kbps - 500 kbps upload.  The actual speeds will depend on your particular service area.

The best thing to do is try the service for 30 days and decide if it woks for you.
